What's Inside & Why It's There:
Rosemary Leaf Long before it was a kitchen staple, rosemary was a medicine. It's been traditionally used to ease physical tension, support circulation, and calm the kind of low-grade inflammation that makes you feel stiff, sore, or just plain off. Grounding, warming, and quietly effective.
Dandelion Root One of the great unsung herbs for whole-body support. Dandelion root helps the liver and lymphatic system do their jobs — clearing the metabolic byproducts that accumulate when your body is under stress or dealing with inflammation. Less a band-aid, more a reset button.
Ginger Root The backbone of this formula. Ginger's natural inflammation-calming compounds have been studied more than almost any other herb on the planet, and traditional medicine cultures across the globe have reached for it for centuries when the body is hurting. How to Use:
Take ¼ teaspoon (about 1.25 mL) up to 3 times daily, ideally at the onset of discomfort. Straight under the tongue or stirred into a small amount of water or juice. Shake well before each use.
