Prenatal Nourish

Prenatal Nourish | Maternal Wellness Glycerite

Small Batch · Alcohol-Free · Glycerine-Based

Pregnancy is one of the most nourishing and nutritionally demanding seasons a woman's body will ever walk through. Growing a life asks everything of you: your minerals, your blood, your reserves. Prenatal Nourish was crafted to help you meet that demand.

Rooted in the time-honored NORA tradition trusted by midwives for generations, this alcohol-free glycerite brings together six carefully chosen herbs that are nutritive, mineral-rich, and uterine-supportive, all in a preparation that's as gentle as it is purposeful. Sweet enough to take straight from the dropper. Safe and soothing enough to reach for every day.

This is the kind of support your grandmother's midwife would have recognized.

What's Inside & Why It's There

Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) Often called the woman's herb, and for good reason. Red raspberry leaf has been used as a uterine tonic for at least two centuries, cherished by herbalists and midwives alike for its role in supporting healthy uterine tone and nourishing the body in preparation for birth. It brings a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals along with fragrine, an alkaloid traditionally associated with toning the smooth muscles of the pelvic region. The cornerstone of this formula, and the most studied of its herbs.

Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) Don't let the sting fool you. Nettle leaf is one of the most nutrient-dense plants in the herbal tradition, rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and vitamins A, C, and K. It supports the kidneys and adrenals during a season when both are working harder than usual, and its chlorophyll content supports healthy blood volume expansion. A true workhorse herb that quietly nourishes everything it touches.

Alfalfa Leaf (Medicago sativa) Deep roots pull up deep minerals, and alfalfa's taproot is legendary for it. This modest-looking leaf is one of the richest plant sources of vitamin K alongside calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, and essential trace elements. It helps balance blood sugar, soothes the digestive tract, and brings a mineral density that makes it a natural pairing with nettle in any nourishing formula.

Oat Straw (Avena sativa) Food for the nervous system. Oat straw has been described by herbalists as a way to feed the nerves, and in a season defined by change, uncertainty, and the extraordinary demands of growing a new life, that matters. Rich in calcium and magnesium, oat straw supports bone health, promotes a calm and grounded feeling, and lends a gentle, nutty character to the finished elixir.

Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinale) More than a weed. Dandelion leaf is a vitamin C-rich, iron-supportive herb that works quietly behind the scenes to support liver function and help your body make the most of every other herb in this bottle. Its role here is as much about absorption as it is about nourishment. Think of it as the herb that helps the whole formula work harder.

Rose Hips (Rosa canina) A meaningful finishing touch. Rose hips bring one of the plant world's richest sources of vitamin C to this blend, and that vitamin C does something specific: it helps convert the non-heme iron found in nettle, dandelion, and alfalfa into the absorbable form your body can actually use. Beyond their functional role, rose hips lend a warm, slightly tart sweetness that makes Prenatal Nourish genuinely enjoyable to take. Nature's way of helping you show up for yourself.

How to Use

Each bottle contains 4 oz (118 mL). At the recommended dose of 2–3 mL taken three times daily, one bottle provides approximately a 2 to 3 week supply.

Second & Third Trimester: 2–3 mL (40–60 drops) in warm water or juice, 2–3 times daily

Postpartum & Lactation: Continue at the same dose. Nettle and alfalfa support healthy milk production and continued nourishment through the postpartum season.

First Trimester: Not recommended during weeks 1–15 without guidance from your midwife or healthcare provider. Red raspberry leaf's uterine-toning properties make early trimester use a conversation worth having with your care team first.

The glycerine base makes this naturally sweet. Most mamas find it easy to take straight from the dropper, stirred into a warm mug of water, or added to juice.

Stock Up for a Full Trimester

A full trimester of consistent daily use calls for 5 bottles. We offer a Trimester Bundle of 5 bottles for $65, saving you $15 off the individual bottle price. Whether you're stocking up for yourself or gifting a mama you love, it's the simplest way to make sure nourishment is never an afterthought during one of the most important seasons of life. - USE CODE MAMA15

A Note on What This Is

Prenatal Nourish is a nutritive herbal elixir rooted in traditional use and the wisdom of generations of midwives. The herbs in this formula have a long, well-documented history of use in pregnancy support, and several have been the subject of modern research that continues to validate that tradition.

That said, this elixir is a complement to your prenatal care, not a replacement for it. Please continue working with your midwife or OB, taking your prenatal vitamins, and nourishing yourself with good food. Herbal support works best as part of a whole picture.
