POSTNatal Nourish

POSTNatal Nourish

Having a baby is one of the most physically demanding things a body can do. The months that follow delivery are not just a season of new beginnings, they are a season of genuine recovery. Your body has been working hard, and it deserves more than to be overlooked the moment the baby arrives.

PostNatal Nourish was made for exactly that reason.

This gentle, alcohol-free glycerite brings together four time-honored herbs specifically chosen to replenish what birth takes: iron stores, Vitamin K, and the tissue strength and tone that postpartum recovery depends on. Whether you are nursing or not, whether your delivery was straightforward or hard-won, this formula is for you.

God designed the postpartum body with remarkable capacity to heal. These plants were put here to support that process. Science has spent generations catching up to what traditional herbalists already knew, and what we have found continues to confirm it.

What's Inside & Why It's There:

Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica)

Nettle leaf earns the lead position in this formula for good reason. It is exceptionally rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, and Vitamin K1 — exactly the nutrients depleted through pregnancy and delivery. Postpartum iron deficiency is one of the most common and overlooked contributors to fatigue and slow recovery in new mothers. Nettle delivers these minerals from a whole-plant perspective, in a form the body recognizes and absorbs well.

Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)

Red raspberry leaf has been trusted by midwives and herbalists for generations. It is rich in Vitamin K, iron, calcium, and magnesium, complementing nettle's mineral profile naturally. Its most recognized action is as a uterine tonic — the fragarine compounds in raspberry leaf have a long traditional history of supporting the uterus in returning to tone and strength after delivery, a process that matters for long-term pelvic health and postpartum recovery.

Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinale)

Most people think of dandelion as a weed. Herbalists know better. Dandelion leaf is a solid source of iron, Vitamin K, and a broad range of trace minerals. It also offers gentle liver support, which matters more postpartum than most people realize — the liver is working hard to process the dramatic hormonal shifts that follow delivery, and supporting it during this window helps the body navigate that transition more smoothly.

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)

Yarrow carries one of the oldest recorded histories in herbal medicine, relied upon for centuries for its hemostatic and astringent properties — its ability to support the body in managing bleeding and promoting tissue repair. In a postpartum context, this is exactly what it sounds like. Yarrow's active constituent achilleine has been studied for its role in healthy blood coagulation support, and it contributes Vitamin K to round out the formula's nutritive depth.

Important: Yarrow is contraindicated during pregnancy. PostNatal Nourish is formulated for postpartum use only and should not be used while pregnant.

How to Use:

Active Postpartum Support (First 6 Weeks)

1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) two to three times daily

Ongoing Postpartum Nourishment

Take directly by mouth or stir into warm water, broth, or juice. The glycerine base is naturally sweet — most mamas find it pleasant and easy to take straight.

1 dropper = approx. 1 mL  |  1/2 tsp = approx. 2.5 mL

Comes in a 4 oz (120 mL) amber bottle.

At active postpartum dosing (2.5 mL three times daily), one bottle provides approximately three weeks of use.
