Mineral Balance Tea

Some of the best support your body needs isn't complicated. Mineral Balance was made for exactly that: a simple, nourishing tea built around two of the most trusted mineral-rich herbs in traditional use, with a light mint finish to round it out.

What's Inside & Why

Every herb in this blend was chosen for what it actually contributes, not just because it sounded good on a label.

Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) — The backbone of this blend, and for good reason. Nettle has long been valued as one of the most nutrient-dense leaves in herbal tradition, rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, and iron. It's the herb generations have turned to for steady, everyday nourishment.

Oat Straw (Avena sativa) — Harvested from the oat plant before the grain matures, oat straw brings its own mineral contribution to the blend, particularly silica, alongside a gentle, calming presence that pairs naturally with nettle.

Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale) — Added in a smaller amount for its trace minerals and mild bitter quality, which traditionally supports healthy digestion.

Peppermint & Spearmint — Here for balance. Nettle and oat straw are nourishing but plain-tasting on their own, so a touch of peppermint and spearmint brightens the cup and makes this a tea you'll actually want to drink daily.

Why You'll Love It

  • Mineral-rich by design. Built around the two herbs most known for their mineral content, not just dressed up with a mineral name.
  • Simple and grounded. Five herbs, each doing real work in the blend.
  • Even better as a cold infusion. Steep overnight in cold water for a deeply mineral-rich, smooth-tasting brew, no bitterness, just clean hydration.
  • Easy to drink daily. The mint keeps it refreshing enough for regular use, not just occasional.
  • Made with organic, whole herbs. No fillers, no artificial additives.

How to Brew

Hot: Steep 1 tablespoon in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Nettle and oat straw benefit from a slightly longer steep to draw out their full mineral content. Adjust to taste, and enjoy daily as part of your routine.

Cold infusion: Add 1-2 tablespoons to a jar of cold water and steep in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours or overnight. This slower extraction draws out even more of the tea's natural minerals for a smoother, more nourishing cup. Strain and enjoy chilled.
